A NEW BREED OF TELEVISION EXECUTIVE IS BORN AS KALYPSO MEDIA RELEASES THE OFFICIAL M.U.D. TV PC DEMO

Try Calling the Shots as Head Honcho of Your Own Television Station – Before Game Ships Next Month

Worms/Bracknell/Baltimore, 26th February 2010

Handing over the keys to the executive offices at the most talked about new television network, Kalypso Media today released the official demo for the unique PC strategy experience, M.U.D. TV.  Prior to the official launch next month, players can take the reins of a start-up TV network and put their skills to the test as they work to carve out a space in broadcasting history.

The demo can be downloaded here: http://www.kalypsomedia.com/downloads/demos/MUDTV-Demo-EN.msi

(Please ensure that you mirror the link as opposed to linking directly to this server)

Included in the demo are the official tutorial and the first two missions found in the final version of M.U.D. TV

MISSION 1:

Players take control of Matt, M.U.D. TV’s new and ethically questionable executive.  After being chased out of university for being evil, Matt is bent on taking over the world.  To do so, Matt’s first goal is to make a certain amount of money from TV programming to acquire the first parts of a device to control people’s minds through television.

MISSION 2:

The nefarious plan is coming together and the device to control people’s minds is being built.  The next step is to build his audience and gain 1.8 million viewers in a single target demographic.  Who will Matt go after and how will he reach his goal?  It’s up to the player to make it happen.

Fed up with the same formulaic TV sitcoms?  Is reality TV beyond real?  Think you can do a better job?  This March, players can prove it with M.U.D. TV (Mad, Ugly, Dirty Television), a new strategy simulation game from Kalypso Media where players call the shots as a top TV executive striving to raise ratings and advertising revenue for their own TV network.

In the game, players are tasked with creating a TV studio, hiring actors, staff and directors to create popular TV programming that will propel the station up the ratings chart.  But beware, as rival studios will use every trick in the book to sabotage the station and steal its viewers, actors and even those all important advertising dollars.  Dirty tricks are not reserved for the competition though, as players can learn their own shady manoeuvres to fight back and do whatever it takes build their TV empire!

M.U.D. TV is being developed by Realmforge, a Kalypso Media studio, and will be available for the PC next month.  For all the latest news on M.U.D. TV, visit the official game site www.mud-tv.com

TITANIC: THE ARTEFACT EXHIBITION TO SET SAIL FOR AUSTRALIA FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME

For Immediate Release – Tuesday 2 March 2010

In a major coup for Victoria, Frontier Events, Premier Exhibitions, Inc., Museum Victoria and the Victorian State
Government are pleased to announce the exclusive presentation of Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition at
Melbourne Museum from 14 May to 17 October 2010.

“This is a true blockbuster exhibition which has taken the world by storm, and we are delighted to be partnering
with Michael Gudinski, Museum Victoria and Premier Exhibitions USA to bring Titanic exclusively to
Melbourne,” Mr Brumby said.

“Exhibitions such as this and A Day in Pompeii, hosted by Melbourne Museum last year, have cemented
Melbourne’s place as the cultural capital of Australia, and the number one destination for short breaks and
cultural tourism,” he added.

“Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition is an incomparable insight into the grandeur, romance and the tragedy of the
Titanic and her passengers and crew. I’m honoured that this will be the first major exhibition project for Frontier
Events and that we’re a part in bringing it to Australia for the very first time.”, said Michael Gudinski, Managing
Director of Frontier Events.

“We are proud to be presenting this remarkable exhibition that by displaying extraordinary objects removed from
the sea bed, will bring visitors closer than ever before to the dramatic story of the Titanic”, said Dr J Patrick
Greene, CEO, Museum Victoria.

On April 15, 1912, Titanic, the world’s largest ship, sank after colliding with an iceberg, claiming more than
1,500 lives and shaking the world’s confidence in the infallibility of modern technology. Almost 100 years later,
Melbourne Museum will pay tribute to the tragedy in Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition, which showcases more
than 280 artefacts retrieved from the Titanic’s debris field, offering visitors a poignant look at this legendary ship
and its passengers and crew.

The exhibition has been created with a focus on the Titanic’s compelling human stories, told through authentic
artefacts and exacting re-creations of the ship’s interior. Delicate bottles of perfume, china bearing the logo of
the elite White Star Line, even a piece of the hull of the Titanic – these and many other objects collected from
the wreck site offer poignant connections to lives abruptly ended or forever changed by one of the world’s
greatest maritime disasters.

As they enter the exhibition, each visitor is presented with a replica boarding pass of an actual passenger,
drawing them back in time to 1912 and the ship’s fateful maiden voyage. Then begins a journey through the life
of the Titanic, from construction to life on board, to its ill-fated voyage, tragic sinking and the amazing efforts to
recover artefacts. Along the way visitors will marvel at the full-size recreation of the ship’s Grand Staircase,
learn countless stories of heroism and humanity and even press their palms against an “iceberg”.

The exhibition also tells the Titanic’s Australian stories, and how its sinking strongly resonated with communities
here. In the “Memorial Gallery”, guests will be able to take their boarding pass to the memorial wall and discover
whether their passenger and travelling companions survived or perished.

“With more than 22 million visitors to date, we consistently see how Titanic resonates and touches everyone.
Each of us can relate to someone on Titanic and the retelling of her story feeds our curiosity time and again,”
states Cheryl Mure, Vice President of RMS Titanic, Inc. “We have been anxious to present Titanic: The Artefact
Exhibition in Australia for many years. Now through the exciting partnerships with Melbourne Museum and
Frontier Events, we look forward to offering visitors a rare opportunity to experience this important piece of
history.”

Over the past 19 years, this powerful exhibition has appeared in major museums worldwide – from Chicago to
Los Angeles and Paris to London. RMS Titanic, Inc. is the only company permitted by law to recover objects
from the wreck of the Titanic. The Company was granted Salvor-in-Possession rights to the wreck site of Titanic
by a United States federal court in 1994 and has conducted seven research and recovery expeditions to the
Titanic rescuing more than 5,500 artefacts.

Melbourne Museum, which had such an outstanding success in 2009 with “A Day in Pompeii”, is collaborating
with Frontier Events to host Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition.

Frontier Events is a new division of The Frontier Touring Company, Australia’s leading concert promoter.
Frontier Events manages and organises entertainment for government, global corporations and major
international sporting events. Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition will be the first major exhibition presented by
Frontier Events.

RMS Titanic, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRXI), a major provider
of museum-quality touring exhibitions throughout the world and the creators of Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition.
As the recognised leader in developing and deploying unique exhibition products, the Company’s exhibitions
contain authentic artifacts presented in stunning environments while telling compelling stories. The Company
was granted, and continues to maintain, Salvor-in-Possession rights to the wreck of the Titanic.

Created a New Game? Enter it in the 2010 ATOM Awards!

MELBOURNE – Monday 1 March, 2010 – Entries have officially opened for the 2010 ATOM awards – Australia and New Zealand’s most prestigious awards for achievements in Film, Television, Animation and Multimedia (including video games).

“The ATOM Awards are all about recognising and celebrating excellence in productions that are created for the screen – be it the movie, television, PC, games console or even the mobile phone screen. In recent years, we have introduced categories to acknowledge excellence in interactive video games and we are continually encouraged by the quality and variety of games we receive from industry and students alike,” commented Simon Wilmot, ATOM Awards Executive Officer.

“Games have become such a fantastic part of the creative outlet that we call ‘media’ that it’s only fitting that we now celebrate games technology as part of the ATOM Awards program, particularly as more and more games are being created from an educational and developmental point of view.”

“So, we’re putting out the call to all those fabulous games developers we have out there to enter their productions in the 2010 ATOM Awards. The entries last year were most impressive and innovative, so we are looking forward to seeing what the game developers are going to enter in to this year’s ATOM Awards..” he added.

There are two key interactive video games categories in the ATOM Awards program – ‘Best Interactive Video Game’, which is open to both game developers and students and ‘Best Student / Tertiary Interactive Video Game’, for games created by school and tertiary students only.

Production houses, students, game developers, educational resource developers, independent film makers, documentary makers, animators, multimedia developers… anyone who has produced anything for the screen is encouraged to enter the 2010 ATOM Awards.

“The Awards program provides a fantastic opportunity for both students and industry professionals to show off their work and be recognised by their peers,” Mr Wilmot noted.

“The ATOM Awards have been acknowledging the work of students and professionals for 27 years and we look forward to yet another year of inspiring contributions from our entrants. However, you have to be in it, to win it, so we are encouraging anyone in Australia or New Zealand who has created a production in the past twelve months to enter this year’s program,” he concluded.

Entries for the 2010 ATOM Awards will close at 12pm on Monday 7 June June, 2010.

Awards will be presented to the most outstanding entrants at the 2010 ATOM Awards Gala Presentation, held in the Plaza Ballroom at the Regent Theatre on Friday 22 October, 2010.
