ETHER SAGA ODYSSEY LAUNCHES FUTURE’S END CONTENT UPDATE
New adventures and bigger challenges for even the most hardcore players

The Future’s End content update will present some of the most challenging content seen in Ether Saga Odyssey thus far. In Twisted Moon and Sacred Hunt, two new instances, players will fight epic bosses as well as a horde of monsters in twenty rounds of arena combat that get progressively harder and yield richer rewards. Within the new zone, players level 106 and above will get to stalk elusive prey and battle vile beasts as they explore the lush expansive area.

Single player demo coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC later this month
MELBOURNE, Vic. Aug 19, 2011 – THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) today announced that it will be releasing a playable demo for its upcoming 3rd Person Action/Shooter, Warhammer® 40,000®: Space Marine® on Xbox Live® online entertainment network, PlayStation® Network and Windows PC.
The Space Marine demo features two very different areas of the game. The first pits the player against an Ork horde outside the gates of a munitions factory. Armed with six devastating weapons, including the iconic bolter and lethal chainsword, the player will get to experience Space Marine’s seamless mix of melee and ranged combat first hand as they take on the rampaging invaders. The second area gives players a taste of the exhilarating Jump Pack sequences where the game’s hero—Captain Titus—takes to the skies to rain death from above.
The demo is planned to launch simultaneously for the Xbox 360®video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC on 23rd August and then on PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system on 24th August.

August 18, 2011 – Sydney Australia – Earthwatch Institute of Australia held its 40th Anniversary Oceania Gala Dinner to raise money and awareness about the deteriorating ocean environments around the world. The August 10th event saw over $40,000 raised with Brother International Australia as the presenting sponsor. Brother International Australia is a long term supporter of Earthwatch as part of its ongoing commitment to environmental conservation.

Project Manta is rectifying the disturbing lack of information by engaging scientists, industry partners, and the general public in a comprehensive study of manta rays that will enhance our knowledge of the species, generate economic and social benefits, and provide a basis for long-term monitoring of the environment.
The special guest speaker during the Oceania Gala was University of Queensland’s Dr. Kathy Townsend. Dr. Townsend talked about the important research that both her and the team are doing on Lady Elliot Island in Queensland, where they are using the support from Earthwatch and Brother to further deepen their understanding from scientific data collected from the iconic manta ray (Manta birsotris). The manta ray is the biggest species in the ray family, with a disc width of up to seven meters. This species is found all around the world’s oceans and makes it the prime candidate for further study based on its easy to spot shape and size.

As well the $40,000 and invaluable awareness raised at the Gala Dinner, Brother International Australia also donated a range of their professional printers and devices that were auctioned off by local Australian celebrities and VIPs at the charity dinner.

The booth will also feature a demo for the upcoming ‘Rabbids® Alive & Kicking,’ 1 a Kinect-exclusive mini game collection which sees players halting Rabbids from invading the living room using an Augmented Reality feature with Kinect’s camera, when it launches on November 3, 2011.
Microsoft will also debut a host of new content from across the portfolio as Xbox 360, Xbox LIVE, and Games for Windows continue to bring the best in interactive entertainment to living rooms around the world with:
- Kinect Fun Labs: Microsoft captured the world’s imagination at E3 2011 with the announcement of Kinect Fun Labs3, a dedicated hub showcasing the latest Kinect innovations. The latest Gadget, “Air Band,” 1 introduces new Augmented Reality technology to Kinect and places you on stage as the star of your living room with a guitar, drums or keyboard. “Air Band” will be unveiled at gamescom and available in Kinect Fun Labs on August 22, 2011.
- Xbox LIVE Arcade: A wave of new content3 for Xbox LIVE Arcade playable for the first time at the Xbox booth including first looks at “Skulls of the Shogun” and “Trials Evolution,” the highly-anticipated sequel to “Trials HD.” XBLA fans will also be able to get their hands on “Iron Brigade” – also known as “Trenched” – which will be released in Europe this September.
- Games for Windows Phone: Building on a year of success as one of the most used features on Windows Phone, Xbox LIVE is poised to deliver great additions to its games portfolio and new features that will make it easier to get into your games, find new titles, connect with friends, and see where they stand amongst the leaderboards. In addition to a new look and feel to the Games hub, the upcoming Mango update to Windows Phone will allow users to unlock in-game Avatar Awardable items and purchase add-on content. gamescom attendees will also get a sneak preview of a diverse and exciting collection of new Xbox LIVE games coming to Windows Phone later this year, including the quirky “Chickens Can’t Fly” 1 and the mobile companion to “Toy Soldiers: Cold War” 1 which features a series of three mini games mirroring the recently released Xbox LIVE Arcade title.
