“All new Gametraders stores will be trading under the Gametraders Live model,” said Mr Mark Langford Founder and Managing Director of Gametraders.

“Gametraders have been a video game retail franchise in operation since 2000 and have been evolving their franchise model over the past 5 years, but this is the first of the dramatic new stores under the Gametraders Live banner.

“For Gametraders’ customers this means not only video games and a broad range of pop culture and Cosplay outfits and accessories but is also offering in-store trading card, Warhammer and gaming tournaments plus Anime and Cosplay events.

“Cosplayers and like minded people such as Doctor Who and Star Wars fraternities, who have had a long association with Gametraders over the years, are particularly delighted that they now have a place to call home and a place to interact and show off their spectacular costumes and outfits,” Langford concluded.

The first store to open under the Gametraders Live banner is set to open in Penrith NSW on Saturday 21st September 2013.

The Gametraders Live stores will be up to 300 m2 in size and will feature sofas to relax and interact, coffee, drinks and snacks, this together with their retail offering plus a range of exciting activities will make Gametraders Live an entertainment destination unlike anything in Australia.
One of the existing stores in Mildura is also doubling in size to incorporate the activities associated with the GT Live model.

Go Deeper into the Metro – Deep Silver releases ‘Developer Pack’ Add-On Content-

Sydney, Australia – September 18, 2013 – Deep Silver today released the ‘Developer Pack’ – the third piece of add-on content for Metro: Last Light and a kit that offers several opportunities to re-design the gameplay of the critically acclaimed first person shooter. It is now available worldwide on Steam and the Xbox Live online entertainment network from Microsoft, and the PlayStation®Network in North America. It will be available on the PlayStation®Network in Europe and the rest of the world tomorrow, September 19th.

There are three main parts to the Developer Pack:

·        Players can experiment with every gun and attachment combination in the Shooting Range, and complete unique marksman challenges for each weapon
·        The AI Arena allows players to pit customisable squads of human soldiers and mutants against each other, or prove themselves in several challenges
·        Lastly, players can explore Metro’s cast of characters, and human and mutant foes, up close in the ‘Metro Museum’

The Developer Pack also includes an original solo mission – The Spider’s Nest – that will truly test the nerves of arachnophobes. Use your wits, your lighter, your torch… and the brand new Flamethrower to escape from a spider infested catacomb…

The Developer Pack costs  just $3.99 (AU$4.27) and is the third of four add-on content packs to be included in the Metro: Last Light Season Pass, which at $14.99 (AU$16.03) offers a discount over buying the packs separately, and also includes an additional exclusive weapon, the Abzats.

The final add-on content release for Metro: Last Light – the ‘Chronicles Pack’ – will arrive later this month and features three original single player missions that cast the player as four of the game’s standout characters – Pavel, Khan & Ulman, and Anna – and explore their side-stories away from Artyom’s adventure
