ACTIVISION UNVEILS THE FULL GUITAR HEROR GREATEST HITS SET LIST

Activision has unveiled the highly-anticipated set list for Guitar Hero Greatest Hits, the quintessential Guitar Hero game that allows players to join together and rock to the 48 most fun-to-play songs, all available as master tracks. Players will fall in love with their favorite Guitar Hero music all over again as they rock to anthems from Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero II, Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s and Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, and enjoy them for the first time as a full band experience with updated note tracks for guitar and bass, as well as entirely new gameplay for the drum kit controller and microphone.

Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment has just released the **FIRST** trailer for their upcoming Nintendo DS title, LEGO® Battles!

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen – The IMAX Experience

One of this year’s biggest movies just got bigger!  Director Michael Bay has shot six sequences of Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen with IMAX® cameras. This marks the second time ever (after The Dark Knight) that a major feature film has been partially shot using IMAX® cameras. This stunning integration of the two film formats will translate into full screen images that will fill IMAX Melbourne Museum’s 32 metre x 23 metre screen. The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron’s dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark. Now Megatron is back seeking revenge and with Starscream and more Decepticon reinforcements on the way, the Autobots with reinforcements of their own, may have more to deal with then meets the eye.

Rumours are riff with Warner Bros Entertainment offering $33 million dollars to purchase the failing Midway Games. Midway Games are responsible for the Mortal Kombat franchise with their last “epic” being Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. With several projects closed for Midway and staff being laid off, this deal between Warner Bros may be the saving grace for this company.
