GAIJIN ENTERTAINMENT TO LAUNCH THE EXTREME SPORT OF BASE JUMPING IN SKYDIVE: PROXIMITY FLIGHT THIS FALL

GAIJIN ENTERTAINMENT TO LAUNCH THE EXTREME SPORT OF BASE JUMPING IN SKYDIVE: PROXIMITY FLIGHT THIS FALL
Gaijin Entertainment developers collaborated with legendary skydivers Jokke Sommer, Andrey Boldyrev and Halvor Angvik to bring the exhilaration and danger of extreme sport base jumping to life.

MOSCOW, RUSSIAN FEDERATION – August 01, 2013 – Gaijin Entertainment announced that Skydive: Proximity Flight will soar onto the PlayStation®Network (PSNSM) and Xbox LIVE® online entertainment network as an Arcade game for the Xbox 360® games and entertainment system from Microsoft this fall. Inspired by the extreme sport of base jumping, Skydive: Proximity Flight is a downloadable extreme sports game that uses gamepad or motion controller technology that puts players inside the wingsuit for exhilarating skydiving experiences.

With actual wingsuit flying, the suit restricts your motion, and the terrain can threaten your safety. In Skydive: Proximity Flight, your movements are completely unrestricted. With help of motion controllers such as PlayStation®Move or Kinect™ for Xbox 360® you can use your body movements to speed up, maneuver, and soar through the air, like real skydiver. Learn mid-air tricks that only professional skydivers can do, or make up your own tricks alone or with friends. Lose yourself in this exciting airborne adventure with realistic graphics, precise sounds, and stunning aerial landscapes.

Gaijin Entertainment collaborated with three legendary base jumping athletes, Jokke Sommer, Andrey Boldyrev and Halvor Angvik to ensure real life base jump experiences of speed and maneuverability were correctly conveyed and incorporated into the gameplay.

“Coming this fall, Skydive: Proximity Flight will let players experience the total freedom and hazardous adrenaline rush without having to physically experience world dangers associated with leaping off high places and seeing the earth hurling toward you. From a bird’s eye view of the world, players will soar over and threw majestic and beautiful real-world locations while executing idiculous tricks of varying degrees of difficulty while racing against foes,” said Anton Yudintsev, CEO, Gaijin Entertainment.

Feature Set
Skydive: Proximity Flight can be safely enjoyed from your favorite chair using a gamepad, but for gamers with a more adventurous spirit, motion tracking technology will enhance the gaming experience through the power of unrestricted flight.

• PlayStation®3 users can use the DUALSHOCK®3 wireless controller to perform maneuvers by twisting and turning the controller. Players can also experience the game using two PlayStation®Move motion controllers with PlayStation®Eye camera;
• Xbox 360® users can soar using a gamepad or can choose to use their hands and body to execute dangerous tricks with help of Kinect™;
• Game modes include:
o Adrenaline Race: Race against the computer rivals or compete with your friends or other players on the leader board asynchronously. By performing death-defying tricks you fill the adrenaline gauge, which can be used to increase speed and rewind time to make adjustments to your trajectory;
o Routes: Try to fly through increasingly more difficult routes marked by glowing rings;
o Tricks: Execute aerial maneuvers that increase in dangerous complexity;
o Freestyle: Select any jump off location and create your own routes and incorporate difficult tricks and then share it with the community, challenging other players to repeat your flight.

TopWare Interactive, long-standing partner of Gaijin Entertainment, serves as a publisher for the game on Xbox Live for Xbox 360. The release date and pricing will be revealed later.

But they can’t stop her from dreaming, and Cinderella has faith that someday her wishes will come true. When an invitation to the royal ball arrives, Cinderella is sure her time has come — until her stepsisters, with the encouragement of Lady Tremaine, tear her gown to shreds. Just when Cinderella believes all is lost, her Fairy Godmother appears, and with a wave of her wand transforms Cinderella’s rags into a gorgeous gown, then sends her off to the Royal Ball. But Cinderella’s enchanted evening must end when the spell is broken at midnight. It will take the help of her daring animal mice friends and a perfect fit into a glass slipper to create the ultimate fairy tale ending.

Aladdin (G) – August 10th – 11th
Aladdin, a thief on the streets, gets swept away when he collides with free-spirited Princess Jasmine in the tough streets of Agrabah.   This “diamond in the rough” has no idea how life’s going to change when he’s convinced to go on a quest to retrieve a magical lamp. Once it is discovered that a Genie lives inside the lamp, Aladdin and his friend Abu decide to keep it for themselves. Genie grants Aladdin his wish to become a prince, but he soon realises that only by being true to himself, can he win the heart of Princess Jasmine.

The Princess & the Frog (G) – August 17th – 18th
The Princess and the Frog finds the lives of arrogant, carefree Prince Naveen and hardworking waitress Tiana crossing paths. Prince Naveen is transformed into a frog by a conniving voodoo magician and Tiana soon follows suit upon her fateful kiss with the frog prince who desperately wants to become human. With the help of a trumpet-playing alligator, a Cajun firefly, and an old blind lady who lives in a boat in a tree, Naveen and Tiana must race to break the spell and fulfill their dreams. A modern day retelling of the classic story The Frog Prince that will thrill a new generation of fans!

Tangled (G) – August 24th – 25th
Tangled, one of the most hilarious, hair-raising tales ever told.  When the kingdom’s most wanted—and most charming—bandit Flynn Rider hides out in a mysterious tower, he’s taken hostage by Rapunzel,  a beautiful and feisty tower-bound teen with 70 feet of magical, golden hair.  Flynn’s curious captor, who’s looking for her ticket out of the tower where she’s been locked away for years, strikes a deal with the handsome thief and the unlikely duo sets off on an action-packed escapade, complete with a super-cop horse, an over-protective chameleon and a gruff gang of pub thugs. Tangled is a story of adventure, heart, humour and hair—lots of hair.

The Little Mermaid – August 31st – 1 September
The Little Mermaid features the beloved Ariel a fun-loving and mischievous mermaid, who is enchanted with all things human. Disregarding her father’s order to stay away from the world above the sea, she swims to the surface and, in a raging storm, rescues the prince of her dreams. Determined to be human, Ariel strikes a bargain with the devious seawitch Ursula trading her fins and beautiful voice for legs. With her best friend Flounder misguided seagull Scuttle and the calypso-singing Caribbean crab chaperone Sebastian at her side, Ariel must win the prince’s love and save her father’s kingdom – all in a heart-pounding race against time

Guess who’s back, back again. DEADPOOL’s back, tell a friend…

An important message from DEADPOOL

Just when I thought I was done…

Hi folks, it’s me, Internet sensation and game review subject, Deadpool, here to shatter your fragile world views once more by revealing that the “Merc with a Map Pack” for MY video game, DEADPOOL, is now available to all players for purchase.

Why would I open up my “Merc with a Map Pack” DLC to everyone who plays my game? Because exclusives suck! What if fire had remained exclusive to Mount Olympus? What if indoor toilets had remained exclusive to Victorian England? What if cool katanas with freakin’ TIGERS on the hilt had remained exclusive to the shopping mall blacksmiths who forged them? Exactly!

So here’s the Dealpool on what you get:

  • TWO new maps for      Challenge Mode: GRT Plaza and Inside the Tower. These are good maps. I      have broken bread with these maps. They went to private school. They will      serve you well.
  • TWO new costumes to bust      out in Infinite Mode: My D-Pooly and Uncanny X-Force suits.

I’M NOT FINISHED, HERE’S MORE INFORMATION. PREPARE YOURSELVES!

In the spirit of downloading content, I am pleased to share that DEADPOOL is now available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace as a Games on Demand title. Digital downloads FTW!

The DEADPOOL “Merc with a Map Pack” DLC is now available for 240 Microsoft Points. DEADPOOL is out now for the Xbox 360® games and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. It is rated MA15+ by the Australian Classification Board. For more information, link yourself over to www.DeadpoolGame.com, or follow along at www.facebook.com/RealDeadpool or www.twitter.com/Deadpool.
