Film Makers Offer “Hungry For Change” For Free Online
On March 21 this year, the film makers behind the internationally popular Food Matters film will offer their second film, the ultimate get-healthy documentary “Hungry For Change”, for free online for ten days at http://www.hungryforchange.tv/
The first film in its genre to really empower and provide practical and realistic solutions, “Hungry For Change” is set to take on the billion dollar dieting and weight loss industry.
Dispelling the dieting, weight loss and so-called health food myths constructed by mainstream media, “Hungry For Change” features Britain’s most famous health food crusader, Jamie Oliver, as well interviews with best selling health authors and leading medical experts including Dr Alejandro Junger, Dr Christiane Northrup, David Wolfe, Daniel Vitalis, Dr Joseph Mercola, Jason Vale, Jon Gabriel, Kris Carr and Mike Adams. The film also tracks real life stories of people who have struggled for years with their weight and managed to turn their life around including Evita Ramparte, Frank Ferrante and Joe Cross.
“Hungry For Change” shows you how many of the ‘health foods’ we eat are keeping us locked in the dieting and bad health cycle and how by educating ourselves about what we eat and where it comes from, we can truly take control of our appearance, our health and ultimately, our life,” said Laurentine ten Bosch, the film’s co-director.
With expert advice on navigating supermarkets – foods to buy and foods to avoid, how to read labels and identify food additives, understanding the dangers of aspartame, MSG and high fructose corn syrup, this film will have you thinking like a nutritionist in no time. The film explains why diet and fat free foods should be avoided at all cost, how to over-come food addictions and obsessive food cravings.
Discover through “Hungry For Change” how to eat yourself beautiful – learn about the best foods to make your eyes white, your skin glow and your hair strong and shiny. You’ll really understand what fat and cellulite are and how to better equip yourself to lose weight and reduce skin imperfections.
In an attempt to make the film’s message available to the public and as far reaching as possible the film makers have forgone a film festival premiere in favour of launching “Hungry For Change” for free on the internet. They know the power of social media and word of mouth and are excited that the film will soon be made available to viewers all over the world, at exceptional quality, online.
“We thought long and hard about how to launch the film,” James Colquhoun said. “This is information that needs to get to people fast. There is this prevalent mind set in our society where we think that being overweight, having food allergies, feeling sluggish or run down is just part of life and ageing. It’s not true and with access to solid information, we can all start making better choices for our health”
An owner’s manual on how to eat your way to beauty and health, “Hungry For Change” will be available for free for ten days only during the world-wide free online premiere from
March 21-31, 2012. Be the first to watch it at http://www.hungryforchange.tv/
ABOUT THE FILM MAKERS
As nutritionists turned film makers, Laurentine ten Bosch and James Colquhoun are committed to sharing this important message with the world. With over 230,000 DVDs of their first film, Food Matters sold worldwide “Hungry For Change” is set to reach a very wide audience. With Hippocrates’ wisdom ‘let thy food be thy medicine’ as their vision, they first sought alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs after seeing the terrible side effects they were having on their family. They set off on a path of discovery, studied Nutrition through the Global College of Natural Medicine in California and instantly became aware that they weren’t alone with their concerns.
Documenting their journey and learning with a camera in hand, this later became the footage and content for the global sensation, Food Matters. The filmmakers interviewed several world leaders in nutrition and natural healing – that all claim the same thing – we are harming our bodies with improper nutrition, but that the right kind of foods, supplements and detoxification can be used to treat chronic illnesses as fatal as terminally diagnosed cancer.
“Hungry For Change” will be their second documentary film.
The film is also Executive Produced by Distracted Media’s Enzo Tedeschi known for the Australian internet hit, The Tunnel. Enzo Tedeschi worked with Laurentine ten Bosch and James Colquhoun on both Food Matters and “Hungry For Change” as the Producer.

Dinos battle it out for the title of ‘Awesome-a-saurus’!
Scienceworks’ popular exhibition Explore-a-saurus is leaving Melbourne soon, and visitors can bid farewell to the dinosaurs by voting for which prehistoric creature has earned the title of ‘Awesome-a-saurus’!
Explore-a-saurus has seen more than 150,000 visitors explore a world of forensic palaeontology and animatronic dinosaurs since opening in June 2011, and will be closing at Scienceworks on 15 April.
The interactive exhibition was developed by Museum Victoria’s expert exhibition, paleontological and education staff, and demonstrates the ways in which fossil evidence is used to learn how dinosaurs lived; from how fast they ran, to what colour they were and even how they cared for their young.
To send the dinosaurs on their way, Scienceworks is running an online competition where people can vote for which of six dinosaurs they think is the ‘most awesome’ of all time.
Those who vote go in the draw to win one of three Big4 Holiday Park gift vouchers each valued at $1,000, as well as weekly prizes including Museum Victoria household memberships, passes to the Explore-a-saurus and Scienceworks and IMAX Melbourne Museum passes.
To place your vote for the most awesome dinosaur of all time, visit Scienceworks on Facebook and select the Awesome-a-saurus link: http://www.facebook.com/scienceworks
“Dinosaurs are a perennial favourite among children, and we’ve found that Explore-a-saurus has been no exception,” said Genevieve Fahey, Manager of Scienceworks.
“It’s not just the moving, roaring animatronic dinosaurs that make this exhibition so captivating – it’s also the way in which it encourages children to look at the scientific method behind what we know about dinosaurs.
“So much of what we do at Scienceworks is about sharing with the people of Victoria a love of science, and showing that it isn’t all about lab coats and chemistry, but about being inquisitive and creative.
“What better example of this than the science of dinosaurs? There’s still so much we don’t know about these incredible creatures who once ruled our planet.”
Explore-a-saurus will tour to Perth, Western Australia where it will go on display at SciTech, making room for Scienceworks next major exhibition Wallace & Gromit’s World of Invention.
Wallace & Gromit’s World of Invention opens on May 19 and runs until November.

In Diablo III, players take on the role of one of five heroic characters — barbarian, witch doctor, wizard, monk, or demon hunter — and engage in pulse-pounding combat with endless legions of evil. As they undertake an epic quest to rid Sanctuary from the corrupting forces of the Burning Hells, players will explore diverse and perilous settings, grow in experience and ability, acquire artifacts of incredible power, and meet key characters who’ll join them in battle or aid them in other ways.
Diablo III was built from the ground up to leverage the full functionality of the Battle.net platform, which delivers powerful matchmaking and communication tools, allowing adventurers to seamlessly join forces for exciting cooperative play. Battle.net also provides a secure infrastructure for the Diablo III auction house, a feature-rich marketplace that Sanctuary’s heroes can use to trade their hard-earned treasures. Players will be able to buy and sell weapons, armor, and other valuable items in the auction house in exchange for in-game gold. Players will also have the option to receive real-world currency for auction house sales, which they can apply to their Battle.net Balance for the purchase of a variety of digital products through Battle.net, including Diablo III auction house items, or cash out through a third-party payment service such as PayPal™ in most regions. Further details related to the auction house will be announced in the coming weeks.

Razer Academy will strive to educate and demystify the why and how of gaming hardware. The Razer Academy aims to quench your thirst for e-Sports, providing a platform to not only improve and develop your game, but to make it your true passion,” said Robert “RazerGuy” Krakoff, co-creator of the first gaming mouse and President, Razer USA. “The star contributors to the Academy are legends in their own right and, drawing on their experience and talent, will provide some truly mouth-watering content to help you become a pro-gaming baller too.”
