The Last of Us development series ep. 3: ‘Death and Choices
Naughty Dog took a look at the Infected in the first episode of The Last of Us Development series. They then explored the game world and nature’s reclamation of civilization as we know it in the second feature, Wasteland Beautiful. Naughty Dog have today released the third video in the series, Death and Choices, investigates what it means to be a survivor in the world of The Last of Us and how Joel and Ellie cope with the harsh realities of post-pandemic society.
Survival is moment to moment in the world of The Last of Us. There are stark consequences to every decision that’s made and if Joel and Ellie want to survive they’ll need to scavenge the environment for every possible advantage. Learning to craft more potent weapons from makeshift materials or take defensive precautions using found objects will be critical to their continued survival.
The Last of Us will launch in stores across Australia on June 14, 2013. Only on PlayStation 3.

WARGAME AIRLAND BATTLE PRESENTS ITS DYNAMIC CAMPAIGN IN SCREENSHOTS!
Wargame AirLand Battle, the spectacular real-time strategy game for which the official release date is May 30th, will surprise players with its brand new Dynamic Campaign system, that we are pleased to unveil for the first time with a series of 4 screenshots!
Willing to make something very different from the solo campaigns of Wargame European Escalation, Eugen Systems made great efforts to offer Wargame AirLand Battle an exciting campaign, both innovating and fascinating. As you can see on today’s screenshots, you will first handle in this campaign your army and your battle groups, on a huge strategic map representing Europe: ordering movements, asking for reinforcements, but also launching support strikes such as intelligence missions, special forces strikes, satellite spying, bombardment, tactical nuclear attacks, etc…
When a zone is under attack and you need to defend it, or when you send your own battle groups to assault, you are thrown at the heart of the spectacular battles happening in real-time. Your army is persistent all along the campaign: your units and battle groups will earn experience, making them perform better with every battle they survive…. but keep in mind losses are definitive as well!
Last but not least, the campaign is also playable in multiplayer against another player!
War is about to begin… pick your side and lead your army to victory!
Wargame will be available on PC on May 30th.

SAVE YOUR LEGS! – COMING SOON TO DVD, BLU-RAY AND DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.
An inspirational adventure filled with comedy, cricket and camaraderie, SAVE YOUR LEGS! arrives to home entertainment formats, 17 July, 2013.
SAVE YOUR LEGS! is an uplifting story from the heart of Australia to the soul of India, where a group of men take a shot at international sporting glory and find themselves facing the hardest challenge of them all – mateship.
Edward (Teddy) Brown is obsessed with cricket. His whole life revolves around the game and his Abbotsford Anglers teammates. But now that they’ve hit their mid-thirties, his friends are starting to move on, trading in the team for their careers, wives, mortgages and kids. With one last, desperate attempt to keep his mates’ passion for the pitch alive, Teddy convinces his boss Sanjeet to let the Anglers represent Australia on a cricket tour of India.
Once there, Teddy discovers that his dreams of winning an international cricket tour might be harder than he thinks, as his two best friends are more interested in sampling the local customs than they are with picking up a bat. Throw in a bit of local team tension, hallucinogenic smoothies, Delhi belly and a dry cleaning disaster, and Teddy’s grip on all he holds dear begins to fall apart. Soon his passion for the game threatens to cost him not only his teammates, but also a chance at the heart of Sanjeet’s beautiful daughter, Anjali.
Stephen Curry (THE CASTLE, THE CUP) heads up a stellar comedy cast for SAVE YOUR LEGS! including Brendan Cowell (NOISE, BENEATH HILL 60) Damon Gameau (BALIBO, UNDERBELLY), Darren Gilshenan (THE ELEGANT GENTLEMAN’S GUIDE TO KNIFE FIGHTING), David Lyons (E.R., SEA PATROL) and Bollywood beauty, Pallavi Sharda.
