In “RACE TO WITCH MOUNTAIN”, aliens Seth and Sarah move amongst us in an effort to prove that our planet is worth saving. Is this simply the stuff of movies? Or is it possible – even provable – do aliens really inhabit the earth right now?

There will always be debunkers, but a growing number of UFO enthusiasts and experts agree that irrefutable evidence proving the existence of alien life here on earth will be ours within five years. The race to present that evidence and reap the rewards (in the form of book deals, speaking engagements, scientific accolades, and fame) has been on for some time. However, just in the past decade, the race has accelerated, largely because of new technology and a growing belief among many that aliens not only visit us, but may already walk among us.

This growing awareness and ability to document instantly, increases the chances greatly that alien  visitation will be recorded and corroborated by average citizens. It should be noted that this new technology also increases the ability to pull off a credible hoax. Separating the fakes from the bona fides is already becoming a science unto itself. However, there is solid evidence out there that proves not all reports are hoaxes or mere ‘weather balloons.’ As a result, UFOlogy is becoming a fast growing field.
The most famous story in UFOlogy, was the crash of an alien craft in Roswell, New Mexico.

Even though the military completed an inquiry into the incident, finding that no such crash existed, UFOlogists have persistently claimed that not only did an alien craft crash there, but also that the military recovered alien bodies and dissected them for scientific purposes.

As the public becomes more informed and less afraid to report what they see, the sightings are often told by several groups of witnesses at once. Obviously, sightings corroborated by several sources, are deeply compelling, and more credible. This is especially true because often new technology can be used to back up their claims. Take, for example the recent sighting by three separate groups of San Diego residents. A man and his wife were leaving a New Year’s Eve party when they saw bright objects in the sky. They quickly took pictures of the phenomena with their cell phone camera.

At the same time, an amateur astronomer, said that friends and he saw the lights and video taped them. He maintains that there is no way that the lights could have been New Year’s Eve fireworks. Peter B. Davenport, the director of the National UFO Reporting Center in Harrington, Washington, received yet another report of that same light formation in from a UFO enthusiast. Since similar reports had been made with digital evidence, he concluded that the sighting over San Diego was “of interest to us.”

The Internet is fast becoming an invaluable tool in the race to find evidence of alien life here on earth. Hundreds of websites present eyewitness accounts, making it much easier for information to be shared among witnesses and for UFOlogists to search repeated accounts and patterns. Clearly, reporting, recording, and disseminating evidence through new technology is escalating the race to prove that aliens indeed walk the earth. UFOlogy is no longer the considered the exclusive playground of crackpots. We are indeed entering a brand new era in our search for extraterrestrial life in the cosmos and on Earth!
