When a bumbling British MP, Simon Foster, accidentally causes a media splash by mentioning the possibility of an attack on the Middle East, the waves are felt on both sides of the pond and the U.K. government’s chief spin doctor, Malcolm Tucker (Peter Capaldi) is sent in to manage the situation. Foster soon finds himself out of his depth, in over his head and face to face with abusive peaceniks, unhinged warmongers, back-stabbing bureaucrats and, perhaps most significantly, the wrath of Tucker’s vicious and acerbic tongue.

THE BIG BLUE

Luc Besson’s cult classic THE BIG BLUE (and its unofficial “companion piece”, ATLANTIS) will be available from June 2010! Previously released only as part of a limited-release ‘Besson DVD boxset’, THE BIG BLUE will finally be available as a stand-alone, remastered DVD and BluRay.

Enzo (Jean Reno) and Jacques (Jean-Marc Barr) are long-time friends and rivals. While they have lost contact over the years, they have never given up their passion for free diving. It is during a dive that Jacques first meets Johana (Rosanna Arquette), who is fascinated by his abilities, which are “more dolphin than human”. But when Enzo and Jacques face off in a dive championship, their competitive nature leads them to participate in increasingly dangerous feats.

Hannay is arrested for murder, but escapes to try and uncover the truth.
