MELBOURNE – Thursday 13 November, 2008 – The Digital Lifestyle Show and eGames Expo will hit town at the Melbourne Exhibition Convention Centre tomorrow, Friday 14 November and will run through to Sunday 16 November… with lots of big names and even bigger action on the cards!
Craig Lowndes and Jamie Winchup – just back from their adventures in Bahrain – will be at the event from 5.00pm on Friday 14 November to sign autographs and test their road racing skills on a number of Nokia N-Gage titles, including Asphalt 3: Street Rules.
Well known singer and beau of Delta, Brian McFadden will be joining in the action at the FIFA Interactive World Cup and will present the Australian National Final which will commence at 1.45pm on Sunday. Australia is one of 20 countries chosen to host a FIFA IWC event.
Pete Blasina, the Gadget Guy, will be on hand on Friday and Saturday to deliver a series of informative ‘digital made easy’ presentations designed to assist people in choosing the best digital entertainment set up for their home and office.

Nokia will make an exclusive Australian announcement at the eGames expo on Friday afternoon regarding one of their key 2009 N-Gage titles – which was developed here in Melbourne!
Tektime’s ‘Riff Wars’ – Guitar Hero Tournament, which will run throughout the three day event, with the Grand Final ‘guitar-off’ taking place on the Sunday.
Team Immunity will again host the ‘Team Immunity vs the Community’ competition which will involve game battles held throughout the show, with the chance to do game battle against a Team Immunity game professional. With three of the Team Immunity players just back from ‘The World’ in Germany, the competition will be fierce!
Funtastic will be holding a ‘Disney Sing It’ Talent Quest in the new Kids Zone, featuring music from Camp Rock and Hannah Montana and High School Musical 3 – DANCE
Digital SmartHome will be at the Digital Lifestyle Show to show people how they can make their home smart and digital. Record your favourite TV shows, turn the lights, heater or air-con on and off, set your security system… even scare away burglars – from anywhere in the world.
