The acclaimed owner and chef of Sydney restaurant The Red Lantern returns to his country of birth to check out some of the traditional cuisine of its Southern regions. Strating in Ho Chi Minh City, Luke travels through the Mekong Delta, up to the highland city of Dalat and along the coast to the heritage town of Hoi An, taking in the sights and trying out some local delicacies and produce.
