Yes, it’s true: Sony offers bonus PlayStation®3 with BRAVIA LCD TV promotion – all under the tree in time for Christmas

Sydney – 21 October, 2009 – In the lead up to Christmas, Sony Australia today officially announced the return of its sell-out bonus PlayStation®3 (PS3™) promotion with the purchase of select BRAVIA LCD TV models. The countdown begins at 12.01am on Thursday 22 October with only 25,000 PS3 slim-line consoles available, and this time there is an added bonus of guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.

 BRAVIA vs. PlayStation®3: The Facts

Sony has literally put to the test what happens when you bring BRAVIA and PlayStation®3 together. In the first-ever, controlled conditions test of its kind, the new PS3 slim-line console has been catapulted into a BRAVIA LCD TV.

This real-life experiment was shot at a crash test centre located in Victoria and shows a PS3 travelling 80km/hr down a track and straight into a BRAVIA LCD TV.
