Lionsgate announced today that Australian actress Stef Dawson has joined the cast of THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PARTS 1 & 2 as the character Annie Cresta, Finnick’s (played by Sam Claflin) love interest in the films.
A native of Canberra, Dawson is known for her work on television as well as numerous independent films including the recent thriller WRATH.
The news follows last week’s announcement that Natalie Dormer, currently starring as Margaery Tyrell on HBO’s GAME OF THRONES, had been cast as the character Cressida.

THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 1 will be released worldwide on November 21, 2014 and THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 2 opens November 20, 2015.
