Beyond Home Entertainment is set to release the next instalment from the Robotech saga to DVD on 1 August. Set during and after the events of Robotech: The New Generation, Love Live Alive continues the exciting new adventure and merges new animation action scenes with the nostalgia of the original hit anime series.
The Love Live Alive story follows Lieutenant “Lancer” Belmont, a veteran of the Robotech’s New Generation, as he recounts his journey from before his first encounter with Scott Bernard to the aftermath following Admiral Rick Hunter’s expedition to liberate the Earth from the mysterious Invid Race.
Available as a single feature release, Robotech: Love Live Alive is also set for inclusion within the Robotech Complete Collection box set, out 1st August. The Complete Collection box set includes The Macross Saga, The Robotech Masters Saga, The New Generation Saga and Love Live Alive.
