In the third of our three StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm preview videos, Community Manager Cloaken takes a look at how eSports looks to be evolving with the coming expansion, the look and feel of the multiplayer game, ladder play, and more.
Note that as Patch 2.0.4 is live for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty, the features highlighted in the series of preview videos are already available for players.
From eSports and Multiplayer:
– Watch with others (to watch replays together with friends online)
– Take command and recover game (which allow you to resume an interrupted game from a replay file)
– New observer functionality (better cues for major events like nukes and Nydus Worms)
– Fully customizable observer UI
– Improved physics engine
– Advanced stat tracking
From Ways to Play:
