Square Enix and Bigpoint have released the first video from Rune Vendler, the Game Director of Gameglobe. The video sees Rune guiding users through Gameglobe, its different levels and showing off the type of content the game allows users to create. Gameglobe is a free, online, creative action-adventure game that allows players to enjoy thousands of unique user created games as well as allowing them to also create their own games as well.
In the video, Rune highlights that the game allows users to “create their own experiences and toy with making levels” and players can “share it with the world and everyone can be playing your levels as well”. It is, as Rune goes on to mention in the video, “easy to forget that all of this is just running in the browser”’ however, more than anything Gameglobe is a game “the community helps define”.
Gameglobe is currently in closed beta and will be opened up to additional players shortly.
