Season one left the task force disbanded as McGarrett was being led away in handcuffs presumed guilty of murdering Governor Pat Jameson and Kono Kalakaua was being investigated by internal affairs, leaving Danno Williams the only member of the team with a clear name. In the Second Season the scattered task force must not only find a way to get the team back together but adapt to new team members; clear McGarrett’s name and help the NCIS: LA team track down a suspect on Hawaiian soil who is threatening to release a deadly virus.
