WARP DELIVERS STEALTH ACTION FUN TO PLAYSTATION NETWORK AND PC

To explode from the inside out or not to explode from the inside out? That is the question. Independent game developer Trapdoor and EA Partners, a division of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA), today announced that the sci-fi stealth-action puzzler, Warp™, is now available for download on PlayStation®Network in Australia and PC for $15.95 AU. Hailed as “brainy”, “amusing” and “so damn fun” by IGN, Warp received the site’s prestigious Editor’s Choice distinction, while also garnering other critical acclaim for its unique and innovative gameplay.

In Warp, gamers play as Zero, a loveable – yet lethal – pudgy orange alien with a big score to settle. Abducted from his home and experimented on by cruel scientists, Zero must escape his captive research facility by deploying powerful and deadly abilities. Warp has been praised for its dynamic gameplay, giving players the choice to take bloody revenge on every human they encounter or hide and plan their way through each level for a no-kills, stealth game. Bending the traditional rules of videogames, Warp features clever and intuitive puzzle-based gameplay where players decide how to traverse obstacles and combine abilities to master challenge rooms and top online leaderboards.
Warp is also available on Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE® Arcade for 800 Microsoft points. For more information on Warp, please visit www.ea.com/warp.
