SYDNEY, Australia — November 17th, 2011 — Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) today announced the Australian availability of five new accessories that enhance the tablet or smartphone entertainment experience: the Logitech® Keyboard Case for iPad 2, the Logitech® Speaker Stand for iPad, the Logitech® Wireless Headset, the Logitech® Wireless Boombox and the Logitech® Tablet Speaker for iPad. These latest additions to Logitech’s lineup of tablet-focused accessories extend the entertainment experience for tablets, throughout the home and on the go.

Logitech Keyboard Case for iPad 2
Created in collaboration with ZAGG®, the latest Logitech® Keyboard Case features a sleek aluminum cover with military-grade, high-density padding. The protective case wraps around the iPad 2 to cover the screen and sides, and the Logitech Keyboard Case uses Bluetooth® connectivity to pair the keyboard quickly and easily. The new Logitech Keyboard Case incorporates a more intuitive keyboard layout and improved keystrokes for even more comfortable typing.  It also adds a recess just behind the keyboard that props up an iPad 2 in portrait or landscape mode, virtually eliminating setup and pack-up time.

Logitech Speaker Stand for iPad
This made-for-iPad solution turns the iPad into a hands-free music, movies, and charging station. The Speaker stand is ultra portable being easily moved around the house, meaning the user can listen to music while cooking in the kitchen or to watch movies in bed. There are a whole host of features that come with the speaker stand such as an in-built charging dock and a fully adjustable design meaning the iPad can be angled however the user wishes. Volume and control buttons are right on the front of the product and it also comes with a 3.5mm aux input jack and the product is also Apple certified.

Logitech Wireless Headset
The Logitech Wireless Headset for iPad®, iPhone®, iPod® Touch and other Bluetooth® devices lets the user roam freely without the hassle of cords, becoming immersed in music, videos, games and calls. The headset’s laser-tuned drivers produce rich stereo sound while minimising distortion. Logitech Wireless Boombox
Use a smartphone or tablet as a touch screen player and remote control to wirelessly stream stereo audio. Built for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, the Logitech Wireless Boombox allows the speaker to be placed anywhere – up to 33 feet (10 meters) away from the device, depending on use, settings and environmental conditions. Listen for up to six hours straight (depending on conditions and usage) on the rechargeable battery. Eight custom-designed drivers separate sound frequencies, meaning crisp, clear high notes, a rich, full mid range and deep powerful bass.
Logitech Tablet Speaker for iPad
The Logitech® Tablet Speaker is a compact, clip-on, rechargeable speaker offering maximum convenience and portability. A rubberised clip securely attaches the Logitech Tablet Speaker to your iPad or other tablet, making setup simple. The 3.5 mm audio cable plugs into the headphone jack. With up to eight hours of battery life depending on usage, the user can watch a full-length movie or two. The speaker also charges over USB, so you never need to worry about replacing batteries.
