In this latest smash hit Disney Channel Original Movie, it’s a case of tomboy meets royalty, when thanks to her father’s job with the Princess Protection Program, schoolgirl Carter Mason is forced to befriend Princess Rosalinda – who has fled her home country following a takeover by a menacing dictator. 

While Carter works hard to help Rosalinda adopt the guise of all-American girl, Rosie Gonzalez, the former-princess finds giving up her royal ways harder than expected. Turning Carter’s life upside down is just one of the outcomes when the girls shack up together at the Mason’s family home in Louisiana, and it’s not long before the two find themselves bickering out of control.

But friendship steps forward to save the day, when both girls realise they have more in common than originally believed, and they must use all their charm to keep Rosie’s secret safe and protect her kingdom back home.
