Zenless Zone Zero nearing release

MiHoYo’s somewhat mysterious Zenless Zone Zero is getting close to release (potentially early July).

The game is an anime-inspired action RPG (developed by HoYoverse, the studio responsible for Genshin Impact).

Players take on the role of a Proxy who can delve into alternate universes known as The Hollows.

The main world is New Eridu which is where you start and return after missions.

The Hollows are essentially devouring the world, with New Eridu being the last outpost. Jump into missions and fight monsters known as the Ethereal and when you’re done spend some down time in New Eridu eating noodles or playing mini games.

There’s a lot more to it… but it seems to be a bit hush hush at the moment.

With all that said… the team behind the game were nice enough to send out some promotional material to garner some attention (a good reason to think the release shouldn’t be too far off).

CGA, EGA, VGA and beyond PC's have been central to my gaming but I've also enjoyed consoles and hand helds along the way (who remembers the Atari Lynx?). Would have been actor/film maker, jack of many trades master of none.
