Filled with wonder!

If you’re a Star Wars fan in any shape or form, then do I have the place for you…

Welcome to The Fans Strike Back exhibition, currently on show at the Docklands in Melbourne.

This meticulously crafted exhibition boasts more than 600 items from the Star Wars universe, allowing you to literally travel to a galaxy far, far away. At its core, it features the largest private collection of Star Wars memorabilia that is larger than life itself.

The exhibition even includes famous life-size scenes such as the Endor shield bunker, where Han Solo, Princess Leia, and the rebels helped with the assault on the second Death Star to a full-size landspeeder. There are also costumes, collectibles, posters, models, and even LEGO sets that bring back fond memories of our favorite sci-fi franchise…

From helmets, replicas, and life-size props to plenty of immersive photo moments, such as Emperor Palpatine’s throne room, The Fans Strike Back is a true celebration of Star Wars, carefully collected by fans for fans. Sure, it’s a cliché, but wow, it’s a real cliché! Further, the fan-created items are particularly impressive, showcasing the dedication and creativity of Star Wars enthusiasts.

.

Life-size Darth Vader? Yes! Life-size Jar Jar Binks? Yes! Life-size Yoda? Yes! Life-size Bounty Hunter Bossk? Yes! Life-size Doikk Na’ts? Yes! Life-size C-3PO and R2-D2? Of course! And yes… even a life-size Ugnaught with C-3PO parts. Ewoks, Jawas, Stormtroopers… there are more collectibles and replicas than you can poke a lightsaber at!

Another highlight is the statues and miniatures with their Star Wars-inspired environments, filled with so much attention to detail that they will leave you impressed or, as the Dark Lord of the Sith would say, “impressive, most impressive!” And yes, there are even arcade machines – two, to be precise – so make sure you get some Galactic Credits.

Final Thoughts

The Fans Strike Back is a must-visit destination for fans of Star Wars. Whether you’re an adult who grew up watching Star Wars or a child in the hear and now, it will bring wonder and amazement to you, along with a trip down memory lane. So yes, it will draw out your inner Star Wars fanboy or fangirl as you experience one of the world’s largest private collections of memorabilia from this galaxy far, far away.
