Silver Surfer Rebirth #2 Review (2022)
Summary: Worth a look if you are a fan of the Silver Surfer or want to see Thanos in a "good guy" role outside that one episode of "What If"

I'm a surfer!
In an alternative timeline the Infinity Watch had entrusted Thanos with keeping the Reality Gem safe and they each kept one of the Infinity stones. Unfortunately someone has stolen it from Thanos and he and the Silver Surfer have to find out before whoever has it destroys all reality and existence.
This is quite a gear change from the Infinity saga you would know from the Avengers and Marvel movies but there are several versions of this story it seems. I did already know of the Silver Surfer but have managed to avoid the poor Fantastic Four movie he was in luckily.
Even though it is early days in this series it does have good potential with Thanos kind of being one of the “good” guys in this timeline or at least being powerful enough that no one wanted to fight with him up until this point so they trusted him with something important.
Worth a look if you are a fan of the Silver Surfer and Thanos and want to see a series centred around these two characters.
