She-Hulk #9 Review
Summary: Not only am I not recommending this one I no longer think I will be reviewing this series going forward. Time to read something else.
1
Son, I am dissapoint
She Hulk finally faces her new enemies only to find they have taken Jack of Hearts powers too. Jack arrives to save the day but now is in big trouble himself as he cannot control his powers.
This didn’t really work out how I was expecting including the fourth wall break part. The entire series did not finish it is just this part of it. Seems like they couldn’t work out how to deal with the bad guys so they just put Jack of Hearts in there to “fix” it and then the cutesy fourth wall stuff to keep from explaining it.
Unfortunately this means I can’t really recommend this one as it seems so out of place with the rest of the series and while it may make sense later in context I would be pretty upset if I got this one expecting a good story.
Going forward I am not sure if I am going to keep reviewing this particular title as I have picked it over other things I should have maybe looked at instead. This will not be as bad when it is part of a trade paperback but just on its own give this a miss.
