RING INTRODUCES NEW PAN-TILT INDOOR CAMERA: ONE CAMERA FOR EVERY ANGLE

Today, Ring announces the expansion of its Indoor Camera line-up, with the introduction of its first-ever camera with an integrated pan-tilt mount, the Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera. The latest release comes with all the indoor camera features Ring customers know and love, including the manual privacy cover, with the added ability to remotely control the built-in motorised pan-tilt base to tilt the camera up or down or pan left to right.

“The new Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera is the perfect solution to capture every angle with one device, whether you are a pet owner who wants to pan around the living room to check on their furry friend, or someone who wants to cover multiple hallways and doorways. Indoor cameras have been among Ring’s fastest growing and most popular product categories, offering Australian and New Zealand customers the ability to check in on their home, no matter where they are. The new Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera is an excellent addition to the range, offering the ultimate peace of mind,” said Mark Fletcher, Ring Managing Director, APAC.

Introducing Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera
The plug-in powered Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera lets customers see more of their home, even when they’re far away. The motorised pan-tilt can be controlled by customers using the Ring app, with the camera providing full and clear 1080p HD video and colour night vision with expansive pan coverage (360°) and vertical tilt coverage (169°). With the Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera’s wide range of motion, it can fit into any home aesthetic by being able to be wall mounted or placed on a shelf.

Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera includes all the features customers love and trust from Ring, including Live View, Two-Way Talk, and real-time motion alerts. When the Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera detects activity, it notifies customers in the Ring app, allowing them to respond in real-time and talk with anyone on the other end directly through the built-in microphone and speaker.

Subscribing to a Ring Protect Plan lets customers access additional features such as Advanced Pre-Roll, cloud storage, video sharing, and the ability to receive motion notifications with a photo preview directly in the app notification. Ring Protect Plus customers also have access to new features like Multi Cam Live View, which plays four live views simultaneously per location on Ring.com. Additionally, Live View Picture-in-Picture keeps the Live View playing in a pop-up window even when customers navigate away from the Ring app.

Ring’s Commitment to Privacy and Security

Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera was designed with privacy and security in mind. Users can easily customise their privacy settings in the Ring app, and the Pan-Tilt Camera features a manual privacy cover that turns off audio and video when placed over the camera lens, providing added peace of mind.

Two New Striking Colours
Ring is also excited to introduce fresh new device colours for the Indoor Camera (2nd Gen). Joining the existing colour range of Black and White are the new Blush and Starlight, both earth-tones that allow your device to match to any home design aesthetic. Think Blush for bright, airy spaces and Starlight’s neutral tone fit for any space.

Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera will be available to purchase from 31 May 2024 for AUD $129 on Ring.com and Amazon.com.au.
