October 2024 Update: Beatbot Clarifying Agent Kit for AquaSense Pro Review
Courtesy of BeatBot, we were given the change to review their clarifying agent kit for their AquaSense Pro. This eco-friendly, natural, non-toxic and biodegradable formula retails for $59.99AUD (October 2024) and has been designed to enhance the water quality of your pool. The formula has been designed to help remove dirt, oil and residue from pools of all types and sanitizers. It also reduces manual maintenance because it features an automatic dispersion system that is activated by the user.
To install, you simply open the top cover of the robot and take out the clarifying agent kit and remove the aluminum cap. The next step is to click the kit into the slot on the robot and then close the cover. To activate, you hold down the quick mode button for 3 seconds that will turn the light purple to indicate that it has been triggered. Next, you hold the button down for 3 seconds and it will begin the dispersion during the next pool clean.
Before we tested this feature as it does not adjust PH levels of chlorine, I wanted to make sure everything was right and once these two levels were in the correct zones, I tested the Beatbot Clarifying Agent Kit for AquaSense Pro?
Our pool generally does look crystal clear but I did find that Beatbot Clarifying Agent Kit seemed to make it clearer which is a bonus. I would compare this product to the Zodiac Sparkle Clairication Tablet which does a similar thing for pools and more importantly, the kit evenly spreads the clarifying agent around. Also Beatot recommend that the clarifying agent needs to be replaced within 30 days of opening to ensure optimal cleaning effectiveness.
