The Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2012
- Alex Horne - Seven Years in the Bathroom
British comedian Alex Horne brings his
unique new show to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival entitled
SEVEN YEARS IN THE BATHROOM as he entertains his audience with some
amazing statistics about the "average" western male.
This brings the following question to mind... what does a Badger,
Ostrich and Panda all have in common? Part of the answer is Horne's
unique interpretation of statistics as he interweaves personal anecdotes
with the life of a man from 0 to 79 which will have you laughing from
the get go. In order to find out how these animals fit into this comedy
show, you'll just have to go.
Horne will also select volunteers to work with skits which create some
hilarious results from portraits to hidden Vegemite and simulated sex
plus Belgium kissing. Definitely odd!
Horne will also challenge your life from the amount years you will spend
wasting on doing nothing, driving a car which is around 5 or so years or
surfing the Internet. He challenges you to cram all the mundane tasks
yearly on in life as the last few years of life should be spent walking
with people waving you off into the sunlight.
Alex Horne's SEVEN YEARS IN THE BATHROOM is brilliantly funny and even
has a few songs that will get you buried into your psyche, trapped
inside you till the day you die.
Highly Recommended!
