Fast and Faster

If you’re looking to power-up your devices with two high-performance microSD cards, then you’re in luck as SanDisk have two products available to suit a wide gamut of needs and devices. Firstly, there is the SanDisk High Endurance Card (right) that comes in a variety of sizes which also includes an adapter with the microSDXC.

SanDisk recommend these cards for dash cams and home security cameras, particularity for those looking to get rid of pesky home security subscriptions.

This card is has also been rated at U3 (UHS Speed Class 3) and boasts read speeds of up 100MB/s and write speeds of up to 40MB/s which is perfect for video (1080p to 4K UHD). Additionally it allows for up to 20,000 hours of continuous recordings so you can be assured that your videos will safely stored on this microSDXC.

Lastly, the card is water/x-ray/temperature and shock proof which makes it great for harsh conditions. The microSD card is also super tiny at just 11D x 15W x 11H millimeters with an almost non-existent weight of 4.54 grams. The SanDisk High Endurance Card is available from 32GB to 256GB with the highest size available from Amazon for just $37.99AUD (Sep 2024). A bargain!

The next card up was the SanDisk Extreme that has been designed for even faster performance.

Like the above card, it comes in a variety of sizes and our 512GB model comes with lighting fast speeds of up to 190MB/s (write) and 130MB/s (read). This card is has been rated at U3 (UHS Speed Class 3) and as it has a Application Performance Class 2 (A2) rating, it’s perfect for drones and cameras which are required to capture fast video or high resolution images. Again, perfect for 1080p and 4K video recording and best of all, this card can be purchased from Amazon at just $66.69AUD (Sep 2024).

Also, like the first card, it has been designed to be ultra durable and resistant to extreme temperatures, shocks, water and x-rays. Again, super tiny at just 14.99W x 1.02D x 10.92H mm.

As you can see below, the cards are perfect for all sorts of devices such as the Nintendo Switch to the TAPO Solar Security Camera and of course, smartphones, whether that’s for playing games or taking photos.

Once the cards were slotted into their intended devices we had no issues whatsoever – whether that was the DJI Drone, a Nintendo Switch or a wireless home security camera, neither missed a beat!

Final Thoughts?

So if you’re looking for a storage power-up with your smart devices from a reputable maker, these are indeed the cards you’re looking for.
