Halloween 2 picks up right where the original finished. Jamie lee Curtis, once
again, plays as Laurie, the sister of the homicidal Michael Myers, played by
Tony Moran. It starts with her hiding with 2 kids she was babysitting with
Michael trying to kill her.
It
then shows a series of people getting killed in his attempts to murder his
sister. But true to style, the ending is left open and the fact that there are
more in the Halloween series, you know that he’ll be back
Picture and sound quality is good, but the audio is in mono, so a good setup
will make the sound seem a lot better than it actually is. The main
disappointment is the music is the same as used in the first film.
This
is a good film if you are into the original mainstream horrors, or like the
Halloween series, but it offers very little to those that aren’t. More special
features would have also been good, as the trailer and production notes are
standard on just about every DVD now.
