The first thing you will notice about the Wilshire Collection Messenger
is the stylish design that is well made and is stitched together quite
well, ensuring for added durability. The bag is also quite light and
although it has been designed for laptops, the designers have ensured a
variety of other handy options such as additional compartments and
internal compartments.
That's probably our biggest gripe with "standard" laptop bags, the lack
of internal compartments but thankfully the Wilshire Collection
Messenger addresses this oversight as you can easily store your
power supply and a wide range of other devices such as mobile phones,
pens, documents and books. Best of all, they are separate when it comes to
protecting your laptop so you can be assured that your computer will not
be scratched or damaged by these items.
Another highlight of the bag is the weather resistant ballistic material
that has been used to create the Wilshire Collection Messenger which
adds an additional level of protection to your laptop. Although it won't
protect you against Tsunami but for general wet weather days, it's
definitely something that you want. Due to the lightweight nature of the
laptop, the bag is considerably quite light for its size and this is
also part of the protection for your laptop as it contains
lightweight impact absorbing lining.
We did test this feature
with an old laptop and knocking the bag around on the purpose did offer a
considerable amount of protection. Add in a shoulder strap and you have
everything you need to transport your laptop in style, comfort and
safety. Definitely a sturdy and recommended product! |
