To install the
device, you simply connected the surge protector to your power
outlet and then connect your peripherals into the unit. The device
also has a surge protector indicator which is a small LED to
indicate that the device is working properly. Another impressive
feature of the Superior Series 6-way device is the Earth indicator
which when displayed, ensures that all your electrical wiring is
earthed.
The device also
comes with a spoiler cable system which is a lift up bar that
assists in keeping your cords in a nice and ordered fashion. We
connected our desktop computer, TV, ADSL modem, Epson Printer and
our Netgear router into the surge protected which is easily
connected these 6 peripherals.
The beauty of the
device is that it also reduces "electrical" noise which can be seen
via digital TV. For instance, if you turn an appliance off or
sometimes on, this will cause the digital TV sound signal to be lost

was no electrical interference whatsoever.

and home offices. This device is recommended for entry level
computers, printers, ADSL modems, audio/video equipment and other

6-Way, Belkin still offers a lifetime warranty but a lesser
insurance amount of up to $75,000 which is still quite impressive.
The installation of the Home Series 4-Way was a
breeze and it simply plugged into our mains outlet with our staff
connecting a mid-range computer, LCD monitor, scanner and Nokia
mobile phone charger. Other devices that could be connected would
include televisions, gaming machines and other entertainment
products which offers users some great protective features.
Like its big brother the Superior Series 6-Way,
this product comes with insulated pins for additional protection and a
cable management system. This device can also be wall mounted for
additional cable management.
