First look: Chery reveals bold new design for Tiggo 4 SUV
Chery has announced its popular small SUV, Tiggo 4 will receive an MY26 update this month.
After selling over 5200 units in just six months, the Tiggo 4 will continue to offer two value-packed variants with the Urban priced from $23,990 and the Ultimate retailing at $26,990 driveaway.
Highlighting the MY26 model are newly designed 17 and 18-inch alloy wheels, and a striking new rear design which features LED taillights plus a light bar that stretches across the tailgate – a signature look across the Chery lineup.
All variants receive dual 10.25-inch LCD screens, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Hello Chery Intelligent Voice Command, a six-speaker sound system, 7 airbags, and an impressive array of driver assistance features.
The flagship Ultimate model takes things up a notch with a 15W wireless phone charger, 360-degree surround view camera, artificial leather seats and colour-selectable ambient lighting.
Both grades are powered by Chery’s robust 1.5L turbo-petrol engine, with an impressive output of 108kW and 210Nm of torque. Combined fuel consumption is rated at 7.4L/100km and emits 168g/km of CO2.
The Tiggo 4 will continue to be backed with Chery’s 7-year unlimited km warranty, 7-year capped price servicing and up to 7 years of roadside assistance and will be available for test drives from mid-April.
Chery is also riding a wave of momentum as Australia’s fastest-growing car brand—posting a massive 216% year-on-year sales increase, and with plans to introduce new models, increase investment in new energy technology, and dealership expansion, Chery is well-positioned to continue this growth.
