Top Gear the Great Adventures
The India Special & Supercars Across Italy
On Friday night we only
had four of us home - David was working and Nicholas went to his first
Army Cadet Weekend Camp (YIPEEE)....shame the others didn’t have
something planned!
Big Belly Laughs,
Nearly Fall Off The Lounge
Top Gear The Great
Adventures
is something that we haven’t seen before (guess that is because we don’t
have a TV in the bus!) so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Yet Zachery was
so excited - he had even made us all pop-corn, made sure Cameron and
Kyle ate their dinner quickly and was sitting down ready for the "India
Special" DVD.
Seen as how there was only four of us, I made an easy
Dinner of Stir-Fried Veggies on Toast. Weird but our kids loved it.
Then we sat down and got ready for the movie. Not sure if
you have seen The India Special before but you might want to make sure
you are sitting down, because you are in for a one massive big belly
Laughing Fun, like nearly fall off the lounge laugh at the crazy attics
that Jeremy, Richard and James get up to!
Mission:- Rescue Britain
How:- Go against the Prime Ministers Wishes and head to
India on a Trade Mission - you will not believe what they do!!
Budget:- 7,000 pounds
Buy:- Three Cars.....Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Mini
What:- Take three cars to India, and set out to spread
the news that Britain can work hand in hand with India!
First Mission :: To see
if they can replace the "Dabba
Walas"
who are a team of 5,000 people. They walk the streets collecting meals
from the India Women, then put them on trains and have them delivered to
the Men in their Offices for the most craziest price I have ever heard!
Do the three Men manage to replace the train services
with their three cars?
Mmm....have to give them 10 points for trying! When the
mini goes around the corner and loses nearly all of his tins - that is
where Cameron, Kyle AND Zachery nearly fall off the lounge!
Second Mission :: Head
to the train station. Where they board three cars into carriages, and
then have to line up for the tickets. Two of the men can't stand the
long wait (not sure I could wait for that long!) so they take off and
have a nice lunch break.
When they do get on the
over crowded train - its standing room only - on an over night train -
they watch the unadvertised trains driving by.
Soon
they realise that there is the most perfect mission!
At one of the stops one of the men hop off and run to buy
paint/fabric and supplies. He jumps back onto the train and they set out
to make Banners that they place on the side of the Train!
Yet they didn't take
into account what would happen when the trains uncoupled from each
other........
The Sign When They Made
It!!
The Train Spilt The
Sign~
Eat English Muff :)
Third Mission ::Host a Garden Party with selling their
English Products - marketing them on the night of the party! OH My
gosh....if you could imagine a scene of Well Dressed India Higher Income
Gorgeous People, with three men who do not have a clue.
Then add in Fireworks
that are more like a massive missile launcher, an out of control lawn
Mower, Trousers that are taken off to be used in the live trouser Press
machine, a toilet that so does not belong on a car....then that was
their Garden Party!
Oh and Car VIP Parking that consists of "Throwing The
Keys Into A Bucket" - no more room to park a car, and food that the
guests are trying to find a spot to dispose of .....then I guess you
could say the party was a total fail!
Hi-Lights of the Movie:- Pranks on each others cars,
damage to cars, adding fixtures to the cars that do not work, watching
them drive through the streets of India and wondering how they did not
get arrested!
The
Ending?
Well if I told you that I would spoil all of your
fun....but you so have to get a copy of Top Gear The Great Adventures
"The India Special" for a great big belly laugh!
