Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy

If you're like me and share the same guilty secret, than you're a fan of Seth MacFarlane's fan and you enjoy Family Guy and American Dad!. If you live in Australia, you probably watch the series when all good people of this country are asleep and in bed and boy, do I piss myself laughing. But wait, if you loathe both these shows, than I still suggest you buy this DVD because I'm also a fan of schadenfreude and the more people that buy this disc will mean more wholesome (yeah right) goodness from Mr. MacFarlane.

Kidding aside, Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy really makes Family Guy and American Dad! seem like the Brady Bunch or Gilligan's Island because the 50 so clips on this disc will shock, stun and may even force a few people wet themselves from laughter. Of course, if you are Mister or Misses Politically correct, than don't complain, just don't watch it but beware, you're missing out on one of the funniest cartoon specials ever made.

At it's politically incorrect comedy heart, Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy is a collection of outrageous cartoon clips featuring particular skits. Of course not all the skits are funny but the majority had us in hysterics. Some of the most memorable skits for us include a gay flight attendant who was responsible for giving an African Monkey aids or Optimus Prime (Transformers) having sex with a woman and during his climax he accidentally turns back into a truck, squashing his partner. What the? Yes, you really need to see them to experience them. There are some really bad ones as well such as the Scotsman sketches that was obviously more funny in preproduction but fortunately these are far and few.

Imitating everything from real-life to social commentary and even pop culture, Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy is a classic, whether it's Mario trying to steal a kiss from Princess Peach or Fat Jesus, this collection is everything you would expect to see from the twisted mastermind Seth MacFarlane. The only disappointing aspect of this DVD are the extras which were quite lackluster indeed.

At the end of the day, the animation is good (a little worse than Family guy), the stories are outrageously funny and sound is spot on. This is the best laugh I've had all year and you really need to check this shameful cartoon cavalcade out!
