DARK HORSE BOOKS PRESENTS: “THE ART OF ASSASSIN’S CREED® SHADOWS”

Uncover the secrets behind Ubisoft’s latest Assassin’s Creed® adventure in The Art of Assassin’s Creed® Shadows. Dark Horse Books, in partnership with Ubisoft, presents a new full-color art book. Set in the world of the expansive Brotherhood, this new tome aims to satisfy and inspire shinobi assassins and samurais of all generations. The art book will arrive this fall in both a standard hardcover edition and a Deluxe Edition packed with extras. It features behind-the-scenes art and commentary from the game. The Deluxe Edition will feature bonus content, including a lavish decorative slipcase and a gallery-quality lithograph print, packed inside a displayable portfolio.

The Art of Assassin’s Creed® Shadows celebrates and chronicles the venerable series’ first foray into the landscape of feudal Japan.

Japan, 1579. At the dawn of the turbulent Sengoku period, Naoe—an adept shinobi Assassin from Iga Province—and Yasuke—the powerful African samurai of historical renown—embark on a journey to discover their common destiny. Along the way, they’re joined and confronted by charismatic characters, will master a variety of weapons and tools, and traverse dynamic and spectacular landscapes—all of which is explored in this comprehensive tome.

The Art of Assassin’s Creed® Shadows (256 pages, 9 x 12”, hardcover), will be available on November 19, 2024 in bookstores and on November 20, 2024 in comic shops. It is available for pre-order now at Amazon/(Deluxe), Barnes and Noble, TFAW and at your local comic shop and bookstore. The standard edition will retail for $49.99, and the Deluxe Edition for $99.99.
