Charlette Bree Interview
Impulse Gamer catches up with actress, model and singer Charlette Bree! Welcome to Impulse Gamer Charlette, so tell us what draws you to modelling?
I love the fact that I’m my own boss, I can choose which style and photographer I want to work with. Over the years modelling has also made me a much more confident person, which I think is great!
So what’s the worst part of modelling?
Working with a new photographer and having them expect you to do things that you aren’t comfortable with, which luckily has only happened once.
What was your first photoshoot like?
Nerve racking. It was actually a photography workshop, so there was 10 photographers all taking pictures at the same time.
Describe your dream photoshoot?
I love water/bath shoots, so a boudoir luxurious hotel room shoot followed by a set taken in an amazing large round bath tub. My favourite photographer is Murray Richards, so he would be my preferred photographer.
What’s the funniest thing that has happened on a shoot?
One of the photographers I’ve worked with a few times loves Toy Story, so Woody and Buzz Lightyear came in on the action.
What about most demanding shoot?
A 6 hour lingerie/ dress/ artistic nude shoot in the middle of winter whilst it was raining in a national park. My lips were blue.
You’re also a professional singer, what are some of your favourite songs that you love to sing?
I love singing Jazz. Norah jones, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra are amazing and Fly me To The Moon is my favourite song of all time.
What’s the most amazing thing that you done?
A few years ago I was lucky enough to sing for the Prime Minister (John Howard) at the lodge for his private Australia Day Celebration.
Most dangerous?
When I was a child/teenager, I use to swim in the Fitzroy river (I grew up in Rockhampton), and as we all know it’s filled with crocodiles!
Android or iPhone?
iPhone
Are you a devil or angel?
Angel, but can go both ways.
If you could cosplay one character, what would it be and why?
Cat woman. She’s so sexy, it’s always been a dream of mine.
What’s the coolest thing you own?
My Mini Cooper
Geekiest?
My Harry Potter collection, books, LEGO… everything!
What else does 2016 hold for you?
I’ll be travelling a lot more for work this year, and hopefully doing some international shoots. This year is shaping up to be a great one so far :)
