Bose introduces new QuietComfort Earbuds

Today, Bose is introducing an extension to its acclaimed QuietComfort line, unveiling the new QuietComfort Earbuds. The new buds are designed for everyday use, featuring proven, powerful audio with renowned noise cancellation, customizable tap controls, seamless voice commands to take calls or selfies in the moment, a wireless charging case and up to 8.5 hours of staying power — all in a compact, powerful, and durable package.

The new QC Earbuds are available on September 30th for AUD $289 and can be pre-ordered starting on September 19th on Bose.com.au and through select resellers in three color options: Black, White Smoke, or Chilled Lilac.

An essential made epic

Delivering a high-quality listening experience featuring the best-in-class noise cancellation the Bose brand is known for, the new QC Earbuds provide a satisfyingly rich listening experience that hits all the right notes. Three microphones sit in each bud, enabling a system of six microphones working together for optimal noise cancellation and voice pickup.

Fit for active, everyday lifestyle needs, the buds are water and sweat-resistant with an IPX4 rating. From the daily commute and walks in the park to an evening run, QC Earbuds are designed to feel comfortable, snug, and secure. A trio of eartip and stability band sizes allows anyone to customize the buds to the shape of their ears, providing a fit that won’t quit.

The buds offer up to 8.5 hours of play time on a single charge. They feature a wireless charging case that holds 2.5 charges. It only takes 1.5 hours to reach full strength, and a quick 20-minute charge provides up to three hours of additional battery life. Experience beat drops without dropping out up to 30 feet away with advanced Bluetooth® 5.3, and enjoy seamless, uninterrupted listening when switching between devices with multipoint connection. Use touch controls to decide what you hear — and how — by simply tapping your earbud to skip songs, up the volume, pause and play, adjust noise cancellation settings, and more.

Personalize your buds with the Bose QC Earbuds App

QuietComfort Earbuds can be controlled using the Bose QC Earbuds app — a standalone app designed to enable the best listening experience possible while offering rich functionality and personalization. From the app, you can customize touch controls on either the right or left earbud, configuring a single, double, or triple tap. You can also press and hold them to seamlessly access a rich set of features.

Switch between ANC settings to go from Quiet to Aware, or toggle off for a passive listening experience. A five-band adjustable EQ setting lets you dial in the sound and control bass, mid-range, and treble levels. Unleash the power of your voice with Voice ID to calibrate your buds for performance and accuracy. Answer calls, play media, control volume, tap into your favorite voice assistant, and more by simply saying “Hey headphones.” Strike a pose and capture the moment of the day with Remote Selfie feature, turning your earbuds into a remote camera trigger. Enter Low Latency Audio mode to enjoy games and movies with synchronized audio and track how much juice your buds have left with Battery Prediction.
