Created by Sunao Kabuchi and produced by Geneon Entertainment, the Black Lagoon series follows the adventures of Rokuro “Rock” Okajima, a Japanese businessman who is abducted by a group of outlaws known as the Lagoon Company. Boasting plenty of gunplay, colourful language and adrenalin-fuelled action, the series is inspired by the masters of action and violence themselves, John Woo and Quentin Tarantino.
