Acer Hosts Predator Prime Talk at Intel Extreme Masters Season 11 Grand Finale
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (6 March, 2017) – As the official partner and monitor provider of the Intel® Extreme Masters (IEM) Season 11, the longest running eSports circuit in the world, Acer hosted the Predator Prime Talk live TV stream at the grand finale of the season. Featuring top-tier teams and the world’s most popular eSports titles – IEM Katowice continued the tradition of hosting epic matches that have defined the tournament and the emerging sport for the past decade.
The event took place in the phenomenal Spodek Arena at Katowice, Poland, spanning across two consecutive weekends; 25-26 February and then 3-5 March. All players were gaming on Acer Predator XB241H monitors, as Acer’s Predator brand is known for its cutting edge performance, in line with the brand values of the tournament.

Located at Stand A6, Acer’s booth fronted by gaming giants Beth “LittleFreeman” and Mar1na Krylova. In addition, Acer hosted a live TV stream #predatorprimetalk to Acer Facebook channels with interviews, match analysis with leading eSports teams, players, managers as well as open discussions with officials from ESL, Intel, Nvidia, Acer and game publishers.
A fully immersed gaming hands on experience also took place on the stand, consisting of the 30-inch Acer Predator Z301CT, winner of the CES 2017 “Best of Innovations” award in the computer peripherals category alongside the Predator 21 X gaming laptop, the world’s first curved screen notebook.
