Aaron Chen – Funny Garden 2025 Australian Tour just announced

Aaron Chen, star of Netflix hit series FISK and loyal assistant to Guy Montgommery on the ABC smash Guy Montgommery’s Spelling Bee has today announced his 2025 Australian summer Funny Garden tour starting on February 6.

This will be the homegrown comedy sensation’s return season of the Funny Garden tour, debuting the show in new cities including Narre Warren, Newcastle, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra and Geelong.

Tickets go on sale to the public Thursday 19 December at 11am local time.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Aaron has very quickly climbed the ranks of both the Australian and international comedy scene. Since his debut solo show in 2017 he’s performed in front of sold-out crowds to rave reviews. Most recently, Aaron was awarded the 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s People’s Choice Award for the most tickets sold during the festival. This nod adds to his wins of other sought-after Melbourne International Comedy Festival awards including Best Newcomer (2017), Director’s Choice (2019) and nomination for Best Show (2021).

Aaron is a regular on Australia’s #1 ranking TV shows Thank God You’re Here and Have You Been Paying Attention and  has added star of Netflix hit series FISK and assistant on ABC’s Guy Montgommery’s Spelling Bee TV show to his resume. His stand-up special, If It Weren’t Filmed, Nobody Would Believe was released on YouTube in September 2022 and has accumulated over 1.3 million views. Aaron lives in New York City.
