New MultiVersus Trailer Reveals First Gameplay for DC’s Nubia, Queen of the Amazons; Available Now

All hail the Queen! Warner Bros. Games have released a new MultiVersus trailer revealing the first look at gameplay for DC’s Nubia, the current Queen of the Amazons and protector of Themyscira, who will join the roster as the latest playable character now as part of Season 3: Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice.

Nubia is a close-combat damage dealer with a dominant moveset featuring her Staff of Understanding that brings long-range spear fighting with a touch of godly power into the mix. In the new trailer, Nubia’s prowess as an Assassin class fighter is on full display, including her ability to slash, strike, and propel kicks towards opponents, as well as generating shockwaves with her staff to take out enemies. Additionally, the new battle-torn “Destroyed” version of the City of Townsville map from The Powerpuff Girls series arrives from today.



 

Fans can dive into the world of Nubia and explore her legacy on DC UNIVERSE INFINITE* (DCUI). From her iconic debut in 1973’s Wonder Woman #204 to her thrilling adventures in Nubia and the Amazons (2021) and Amazons Attack (2023), all are available to read now on DCUI.
