DOOM: The Dark Ages
id Software revealed the latest entry into its critically acclaimed DOOM franchise – DOOM®: The Dark Ages. This single-player, action first-person shooter and prequel to the critically acclaimed DOOM (2016) and DOOM Eternal will see players step into the blood-stained boots of the DOOM Slayer, the ultimate super weapon of Gods and Kings, in a medieval war against Hell.
Players will shred enemies with devastating favorites like the Super Shotgun while also wielding a variety of new bone-chewing weaponry, including the all-new, versatile Shield Saw. Tear across the demon-infested battlefields in vicious, grounded combat inspired by the original DOOM. Take flight atop the fierce Mecha Dragon and beat titanic demons to a pulp in the massive Atlan mech. DOOM: The Dark Ages, the cinematic origin story of the Slayer’s rage, is coming to Game Pass, Xbox Series X | S, PC and PlayStation 5 in 2025.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle™ Reveals Pivotal, Cinematic Moment
Today, MachineGames revealed a new intense, in-game scene in its upcoming adventure game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle™. This reveal showcased a pivotal, snowy showdown where Indiana Jones and Gina Lombardi make a discovery deep in the Himalayas. This cinematic provided a preview of how the game’s narrative-driven elements and collaboration with Lucasfilm games helps brings a new, authentic Indiana Jones experience.
In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, players step into the boots of the iconic adventurer, Indiana Jones, in a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark™ and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade™ to uncover one of history’s greatest mysteries. The year is 1937, sinister forces are scouring the globe for the secret to an ancient power connected to the Great Circle, and only one person can beat them to it – Indiana Jones. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will launch later this year, so stay tuned for updates.
Starfield – Bethesda Game Studios Reveals Shattered Space Expansion and June Update
Today Bethesda Game Studios revealed the first details for Starfield: Shattered Space, the new story expansion for Starfield. A mysterious power stirs in the city of Dazra, the capital of House Va’Ruun’s hidden homeworld. Investigate a frightening cosmic threat, explore a new planet, and find unique weapons, spacesuits, and gear in this all-new adventure.
Also announced during today’s showcase is Starfield’s June Update. Available to download tonight on PC and Console, Starfield’s June update includes the launch of Creations, new bounty hunting features and all new Trackers Alliance missions, enhanced melee combat, and more.
Creations brings official mod support to Starfield. Players can now discover and play new content from Creators and Bethesda Game Studios directly in-game through the Creations menu. The Creation Kit, the official toolkit for Starfield, is also now available to download for free on Steam and puts the power to create new content in the community’s hands. Anyone in the community can make Creations and upload them to the Creations platform.
Fallout 76 – Skyline Valley Available on June 12
Bethesda Game Studios is excited to announce Fallout 76’s next major expansion, Skyline Valley, is launching on June 12 across all platforms for free for all Fallout 76 players. For the first time, Skyline Valley expands the map of Fallout 76 southward to the brand-new Shenandoah region where players investigate the cause of an electrical storm circling overhead and unveil the mystery around Vault 63, where they will meet its dwellers and discover a shocking new Ghoul type – The Lost.
Fallout 76: Skyline Valley lets players explore a wholly new region showcasing the rolling hills of Shenandoah and uncover a new storyline that introduces the vault dwellers of Vault 63 – Ghouls. In this upcoming expansion, players will encounter a new enemy type, a supercharged Ghoul with electrifying weapons and armor and expose their mysterious origins. Through chasing storms in Dangerous Pastimes, a new Public Event, and battling a new Region Boss, the Storm Goliaths, it’s raining new content and stories to play with Fallout 76: Skyline Valley.
Fallout 76: Skyline Valley will be available on June 12 on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PlayStation 5 and 4. Fallout 76 is also available on Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra.
The Elder Scrolls Online – There’s Something for Everyone in New Trailer
To celebrate the The Elder Scrolls Online’s 10 Year Anniversary, Zenimax Online Studios premiered a new gameplay trailer highlighting the many ways new and old players can enjoy ESO and the incredible community that comes with it. Additionally, the trailer announced that The Elder Scrolls Online’s subscription, ESO Plus, is free for anyone from now through June 19. This trial of ESO Plus includes all past Chapters, aside from Gold Road for all platforms and Necrom on consoles, as well as access to all previous DLC content that has been added to ESO since launch in 2014.
Earlier this month, The Elder Scrolls Online’s newest Chapter, Gold Road launched on PC bringing 30 hours of new main quest content featuring the new zone of West Weald, a new system, Scribing, and concludes the story which began with 2023’s Shadows Over Morrowind saga with the story of Ithelia, the Forgotten Prince. The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road is now available on PC and Mac and will be arriving to Xbox and PlayStation consoles on June 18.
