Fill your world with joy with the NEW instax mini 12

Fujifilm instax has announced the launch of the NEW instax mini 12, a new generation of the much-loved instax mini instant camera. Building on the hero mini 11 model, the mini 12’s design and variety of colourways bring a joyful experience for instax lovers. The model has been designed to nail close-up shots and selfies and incorporates functions that make it easy to capture all of your favourite memories!

The mini 12 is packed with features to take your instant camera game to the next level, from ‘Automatic Exposure’, a popular function of the mini 11, to ‘Close-up Mode’ and a mirror on the front of the model to take the perfect selfie.

Mary Georgievski, General Manager, Photo Imaging at Fujifilm Australia says the launch is an exciting time for instax customers. “After the incredible success of the mini 11 with over half a million units sold locally, we are excited to bring Australians an evolution of the much-loved instax instant camera with more features than ever before.”

INSTAX UP! APP

Making it even easier to share your favourite instax prints with friends, Fujifilm instax has also launched the revolutionary instax UP! app[1] that will allow you to scan your favourite instax memories with your smartphone and save them as digital photos. The app won’t compromise the ‘soft touch’ instax effect and will convert them to digital with the signature instax frame.

Within the app, you can add background to your prints, and customise to make them even more special to you. With the press of a button, your physical instax prints are now digital and can be viewed any time, anywhere! You can also now upload your favourite instax prints directly to social media from within the instax UP! app.

COLOURS & PRODUCTS

The mini 12 comes in a lineup of five pastel colours to suit each individual’s style: Lilac Purple, Pastel Blue, Blossom Pink, Mint Green, and Clay White. Along with the new instant cameras, Fujifilm instax will also release camera cases in the same colours so you can bring your instax with you and keep all your favourite memories together to look back on!

AUTOMATIC EXPOSURE FEATURE

Automatic Exposure will correctly determine the exposure for any given background you are capturing, ensuring the vibrancy of everything in the frame. By sensing the level of ambient light when the shutter button is pressed, and optimising the shutter speed and flash output, the mini 12 can take photos optimally exposed to the main subject and the background.

TAKE YOUR CLOSE UPS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Taking the perfect close-up just got easier with Close-up Mode, as the instax mini 12 includes this feature that prevents any discrepancy between the viewfinder field and the print-out area. Simply by rotating the lens one step, this mode activates and allows you to easily enjoy close-up shots without having to shift the centre point seen through the viewfinder.
