TCL bolsters leadership in display innovation at CES 2023
TCL Electronics, one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer technology companies, is showcasing its latest innovations — including new Mini LED, QLED and Ultra HD models — at CES until January 8th, 2023.
Under the brand signature Inspire Greatness, visitors to TCL’s 1,600 square metre booth in Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Centre can experience TCL technology and full-category products first-hand.
TCL set to expand Google TV range
TCL’s TV range is set to expand in 2023 with the introduction of a new Mini LED TV (C845), two QLED models (C745 and C645), and a 4K Ultra HD (P745). While already known for pioneering intelligent functionality, enhanced picture quality, and an elevated gaming experience, TCL promises to raise the bar with its most advanced enhancements to date.
“TCL is focused on bringing the best and biggest TV screens to more customers, offering the latest 98-inch model in its top-of-the-line range to make it TCL’s largest Mini LED TV and the ultimate home theatre showpiece,” says Jason Carrick, General Manager of Sales for TCL Australia.
TCL wins two CES 2023 Innovation Awards
TCL’s extraordinary growth from a small cassette tape manufacturer into one of the world’s leading electronics players continues to grow with its Mini LED 4K TV 75C935 and Mini LED 4K TV 75C835 each winning CES 2023 Innovation Awards from the prestigious Consumer Technology Association.
The annual competition, which this year received a record-high number of over 2100 submissions, honours outstanding design and engineering in consumer technology products across 28 product categories.
“Both products showcased striking innovative design and engineering features that scored highly across the stringent evaluation criteria of the judging panel,” he says.
The 75” TV is a marvel of combined Mini LED and QLED technologies that delivers revolutionary optics with up to 1920 Full Array Local Dimming Zones in 4K resolution, true-to-life colours, and 144Hz VRR.
“The 75C935 also delivers a room-defining listening experience featuring powerful AI Sonic Adaptation, Sound Tracking, and fine-tuned drivers to create a premium soundstage with Dolby Atmos 3D audio processing for the sound that surrounds,” explains Carrick. “To top it all off, it comes integrated with the personalised experience of Google TV.”
Fully immersive, home theatre experiences
The incredible TCL home theatre experiences on display at CES 2023 are the result of its dedication to continuously developing sophisticated Mini LED technology. The exhibit includes its latest flagship Mini LED TV, an extra-large 98-inch model that displays content at its best.
“The XL screen engages many more Mini LEDs in its premium TCL TV displays,” says Carrick.
“With approximately 2,000 local dimming zones bringing high contrast and up to 2,000 nits’ peak brightness to images, TCL’s light control algorithm helps reveal extraordinary detail.”
The expanded, improved and rebranded QLED TVs will be available in new large screen sizes up to 98-inch, featuring cutting-edge gaming performance and accompanied by all-new soundbars.
Going beyond displays and the ultimate home theatre experience, TCL also creates an incredible smart connected ecosystem where the evolution of home appliance technology, the continuation of accessible 5G coverage, as well as augmented reality and ‘full screen’ personal viewing experiences all intuitively integrate to make users’ lives easier and better.
“The home theatre exhibit area also showcases TCL’s 75-inch to 98-inch premium QLED TVs, featuring Quantum Dot Colour Technology, local dimming and stunning contrast,” Carrick explains. “Gamers can explore TCL TVs with responsive low latency, motion clarity, and next-generation video gaming optimisations. Furthermore, all visitors will get the chance to experience the award-winning RAY•DANZ Dolby Atmos soundbars.”
Patented inverter air conditioning technology
TCL has expanded its air conditioning range with 2023 FreshIN AC Technology, which features the proprietary FreshIN Plus fresh air system that helps transport fresh air from outdoors to indoors.
“The upgraded FreshIN technology is more intuitive, with built-in sensors measuring air quality and displaying real-time results on a dashboard,” says Carrick. “Its powerful air engine helps increase oxygen and humidity levels with a capacity of up to 60 cubic metres per hour.”
More details of TCL’s 2023 line-up will be disclosed later in this quarter.
