Summary: This storyline is starting to drag on TBH, even if the main character comes back they will not be the same.

Still?

With Doctor Aphra continuing to be under the control of the Spark Eternal, her former mission partner has partner has put together a posse of all her ex-partners to try and help her out. What they don’t know is Doctor Aphra has prepared a trap for people wanting to get the information the Spark Eternal is after and it may not be so easy.

This and the Bounty Hunters are the only two Star Wars comics I am continuing with post War of the Bounty Hunters barring any further developments. To be honest this one is not so necessary to read unless you are super into this series already, but it is setting up for next issue if you know about what exactly the “evil C3P0 and R2D2” who worked with Doctor Aphra have done previously.

Not sure exactly how long this series can go along with this particular plotline, after a certain point the character is just going to be stuck like that and you are not getting the old one back unchanged any way.

Worth a look if you are super into this character, but maybe just wait until the next issue for more action.
