UNDONE are known for their classic timepieces and as you can see from the above, this time they are celebrating the legacy of AQUAMAN!

For the uninitiated Aquaman is Arthur Curry who is the King of Atlantis, the firstborn son of Queen Atlanna, the older maternal half-brother of Orm Marius, and a member of the Justice League, as well as the superhero known to the world as the Aquaman.

As a fun fact, Aquaman was originally seen in More Fun Comics #73 that was released in November 1941, however in recent times, the character was made popular by kick-ass actor Jason Momoa who played Arthur Curry in Justice League (2017), Aquaman (2018) and next year, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023).

Needless to say, Aquaman has a deep seeded legacy within (DC) comics and other mediums such as cartoons and now motion picture blockbusters.

Welcome to the UNDONE AQUAMAN watch that like their other watches is a true classical time piece from its super-heroic aesthetics to the inner workings. The watch features a high quality Japanese TMI NH35A Automatic Winding Mechanism plus a equally heroic underwater of 50 ATM which translates to a water resistance of 500 metres. This is all cased in a beautifully presented housing that brings the elements of Aquaman to a watch such as the logo under the 12 hour marker, the Trident of Neptune on the seconds hand and the green and gold of our underwater protector’s armour.

The case is also built from “patinating” CuSn8 Bronze with a Double Dome Sapphire Crystal lens that perfectly comes together to celebrate Aquaman. In terms of patinating, this means that no watch is the same and adds a true element of uniqueness to this watch. In terms of sizing, the Undone Aquaman watch has a case width of 43mm (excluding the crown) with a 17mm included crystal. Lastly, the watch glows green just like the Bioluminsecent skin of the Atlanteans as as fans of Aquaman know, he is half human and half Atlantean.

The rear of the watch is a stainless steel back that highlights the build, the ATM rating with the Aquaman wording on the back that boldly states King of the Seven Seas – Atlantis – Ocean Rider plus the edition number. Additionally, for those looking to actually dive with the watch, Undone include a manual helium escape valve at 10 o’clock that is used during the decompression process to remove any helium molecules that may have entered the watch during your deep dive.

Clearly the Undone Aquaman watch is spectacular collectible and wearable for fans of Aquaman. I really can’t fault this watch and the attention to detail is fantastic which really brings the legacy of Aquaman to this beautifully created watch from Undone that is also a very remarkable item. Stunningly presented from Undone, this Aquaman inspired watch is a classic timepiece that is beautifully crafted with some stunning attention to detail. The watch definitely channels Aquaman throughout the ages, including the latest incarnation played by Jason Momoa and this timepiece would not look out of place on his left wrist either.

Besides the striking bezel made from bronze that includes the raised numbers, the two dials adds to its distinct appearance with HE (helium escape) and U on each mechanism. Then you have the watch face itself that adds even more attention to detail and the inclusion of the Trident of Neptune as the seconds hand is fantastic. While the watch face has the numbers 3, 6 and 9, the 12 has been cleverly replaced by the Aquaman logo and at the bottom is Undone logo that right above it as the word Aquaman, including the depth (1640ft – 500m) that this watch can dive to.

The Undone Aquaman Watch is indeed the Pride of Atlantis and being a huge DC Comics fan, this timepiece is amazing and cannot be faulted in its heroic underwater design. It’s perfect in every sense of the world and just be warned that there is only handful in existence, so get in fast!
